When Jerry and the crew first arrived, I kept thinking that he looked a bit like Jay and that the voice was similar. I also figured out that Tracey Allen (the guy that normally runs the construction crews) was his brother-in-law. I didn't ask though, but I figured out today when Jerry mentioned that I should call "his brother" (referring to Jay) to ask a question dealing with block-outs for the plumbing.
Seeing as how Jerry was raised in a Terra-Dome and that it's the family business, I feel privileged to have him running the crew, and knowing that he is very relaxed and confident in how things are going so far. We see progress and it feels like, although we had a bumping start, that things are going well.
